A full day course for experienced staff. The course will cover
• The importance of effective court reports that can stand cross examination
• The court’s expectations of the report writer
• How to challenge the court effectively
• How to present difficult and courageous conversations in court and with the other parties
• Court etiquette and court process
• Advocacy skills and top tips on how to become a robust, impressive witness in presenting evidence with confidence
